open level yoga

A class suitable for most, tailored to the needs of the group that is present. Expect a mixture of active hatha yoga, alignment focused cueing & philosophy.

flow & restore

Flow & Restore is the best of both Yoga worlds! Expect active hatha yoga, movement & play during the first part of class, followed by a restful restorative practice & generous savasana. Suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis alike.

yoga lab

Yoga Lab is a class designed to explore the body from the inside out. With an emphasis on mobility, strength, and stabilized flexibility, Yoga Lab offers time to prioritize self knowing while exploring specific shapes. This class is suitable for most and compliments many other movement modalities. Yogis, athletes, and movement practitioners alike are encouraged to attend and play!

intermediate yoga

This class is appropriate for those with a consistent yoga asana practice and a desire to deepen their awareness and understanding of themselves on the mat. Expect to workshop more challenging shapes, take time to introduce philosophical concepts & explore your edges through refinement and discernment.
