Join Julie & Jesse for an afternoon of "luxury naps" on Sunday February 3rd from 1pm-3pm. We will talk about the conditions we need to rest deeply, and learn what happens when we get that rest. During this workshop we will try multiple savasana variations, learn different relaxation breathing techniques, receive optional hands on adjustments & float away in a Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) bliss. Anatomy & Asana Workshop
In this workshop we will discover principles of alignment, actions of our muscles, and the functional anatomy that goes into building commonly encountered yoga poses by embodying what we have learned through movements, exercises, and of course, asana.
